The Scotts Company is a US company, headquatered in the state of Ohio. It has two major complexes in the state.

Scotts World Headquarters is located on the 35th floor of the Huntington Center in downtown Columbus, Ohio

It also has it's North American Headquaters in Marysville, Ohio, in an extensive campus including laboratories, greenhouses and 100 acres of research plots

The company has research facilities in Oregon, Florida and Texas, and facilities in more than 20 places in the US

In Europe, Scotts strategy is to establish themselves initially in the major markets of UK, France, Germany and Benelux, so at present that is where they are mostly to be found. Their European HQ is in France, just outside Lyon:
