How To Get To the Action Camp:
The camp is situated on the A614 Between Hatfield Woodhouse and
Blaxton. To get there by car, take the M180 where it leaves the
M18 at Junction 5. Turn off the M180 at Junction 1 ( the first you
come to), then take the A18 south signposted Doncaster and Bawtry.
Turn left after about a kilometre onto the A614, signposted Bawtry.
Drive through the village of Hatfield Woodhouse and the camp is
about 2km further, on your right.
If you are taking public transport, take a train or coach to Doncaster.
There are then buses, number 68, which run directly to the site
- ask to get off at Woodhouse Grange. These buses leave Doncaster
South Bus Station at 33 minutes past the hour, except the last bus
is at 17.33. If you are later then this then you will need to catch
a number 88 to Hatfield Woodhouse. These leave Doncaster on the
hour until 23.00. From Hatfield Woodhouse walk 2km towards Bawtry
to the camp. Trains also run from Doncaster to Hatfield, which may
be cheaper if you are buying a train ticket, or easier if you are
bringing a bike, but Hatfield Station is slightly out of Hatfield
town, on the opposite side to Hatfield Moor, and there is about
a 6 or 7km walk to the site.
The Grid Reference of the camp is: SE678067
If you get really stuck then ring the camp mobile: 0778 778 2259
How to Get To the Street Party Meeting Point:
Meet for the Street Party at 12.00 on Monday 25th March outside
the Green Tree pub in Hatfield Woodhouse. This is at the junction
of the A18 and A614 2km further north than the camp and on the same
bus routes.
