Hatfield Moor is between Scunthorpe and Doncaster, very near the M180. To get to the works come off the M180 at junction 1, follow the A18 towards Scunthorpe. Then turn right at the Black Bull pub onto a little road that crosses over the motorway and goes straight into the peat works.

If you're just going to the moors you might want to come in from ound the back.
